Product Warranty Details

Arrowquip is committed to improving the business and safety of cattle handling and recognizes that cattle handling injuries are under-reported. It is Arrowquip’s goal to improve the safety of cattle handling and the Safety Guarantee detailed in this document exhibits this commitment to safety.

1. Arrow Cattle Gates and Panels

1.1. Coverage

If at any point a gate or panel is damaged to the extent that it can no longer fulfill its intended purpose of securely holding cattle, we pledge to repair or replace it at no cost to you. Broken latches and welding repairs are covered for both the Arrow Elite and Pro Panels and Gates. For non-typical situations affecting your cattle operation with Arrowquip’s panels and gates, please reach out to Client Care via email at cs@arrowquip.com. Non-typical situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

1.2. Qualifications for Warranty

To qualify for Panels and Gates warranty, the product must be registered.

1.3. Exclusions

While our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, certain exclusions apply. These include modifications or alterations to the panels and gates, cosmetic damage, normal wear, and tear, or damaged that does not impede the panels and gates functionality. Any damage resulting from the use of non-supplied parts or components is not covered. Warranty does not cover rust or corrosion.

1.4. Arrowquip's Responsibility

For valid claims, our obligation is to repair or replace the defective part or component at our factory. All claims must be submitted through to Client Care via email at cs@arrowquip.com with supporting files.

1.5. Intended Use

1.5.1. Arrow Elite Corral Panels and Cattle Gates

The Arrow Elite Corral Panels and Cattle Gates are designed for use with rowdy or quick moving cattle. These gates and panels are meant to be bumped, have cattle run into them and challenge them. Arrowquip advises installing these gates and panels in settings with higher pressure such as loading areas, areas where vet services will be performed, sorting & crowding pens. These gates and panels are backed by a lifetime warranty, providing they are used within the parameters of use.

1.5.2. Arrow Pro Corral Panels and Cattle Gates

The Arrow Pro Corral Panels and Cattle Gates are designed for use with calm livestock that are less prone to challenging the equipment. Arrowquip advises installing these gates and panels in settings with lower pressure and in areas where livestock experience reduced stress, such as holding pens, alleyways, and calving areas. These gates and panels are backed by a 5-year warranty, providing the equipment is used within the parameters of use.
