Manager of Customer Loyalty & Partnerships
Department: MARKETING
Job Type: Full-Time
This Isn’t Just a Job — It’s a Platform for Influence
This is a high-impact, front-line leadership role that puts you in the center of the action — working directly with dealers, sales leaders, creative teams, and the CMO to grow brand loyalty and drive revenue across the globe.
If you’ve ever wanted to take full ownership of your work, build programs from the ground up, and see your fingerprints across major company wins — this is that role.
What You’ll Be Leading
Dealer Engagement: You're the bridge between our brands and our dealers. You’ll proactively contact every dealer, gather real feedback, and support their needs. You'll be their go-to and their advocate — ensuring they feel seen, supported, and proud to represent Arrowquip and Yakta.
Portal & Tech Optimization: Manage our dealer portals like a pro. Keep content fresh, tools sharp, and features relevant. Your work makes our digital front doors easier and more powerful for our partners.
Tradeshow & Event Leadership: You’ll support our dealers in attending major events, and support our brand at events like Equip Expo.
Monthly Dealer Calls & Factory Roundups: From virtual calls to in-person factory training events, you’ll organize and host initiatives that educate, inspire, and increase dealer performance. You’ll work with our content, video, and creative leads to make every experience world-class.
Onboarding & Training: Take the handoff from Sales and lead our new dealers to success. You’ll walk them through systems, brand standards, and sales enablement. From day one, you’ll set the tone for the relationship.
How You’ll Be Measured
We’re a performance-based team. You'll track and report on KPIs like:
- Dealer satisfaction (NPS)
- Portal logins & resource usage
- Tradeshow attendance & ROI
- Revenue per dealer
- Dealer training success
- Attendance on monthly calls
If it moves the needle, you’ll be accountable for it.

- Direct access to executive leadership and decision-making
- A competitive salary with clear, merit-based promotion paths
- Full benefits, paid travel to events, and potential international exposure
- The satisfaction of building loyalty for brands that actually make a difference to hardworking people
