You may qualify if you:
Are a Massachusetts farmer in commercial agricultural production
Have farmed on the same property for at least 3 years
Have a project tied to active farm production in Massachusetts
Can pay the full cost upfront before reimbursement
Can complete the project by June 30, 2026
