One of the key features of the new portable handling system is the towing. The frame has been enhanced for structural integrity, and now has 2" x 6" beams on the top, and 3" x 3" beams on the bottom. The entire unit folds up into a compact and secure package for travel, ensuring your equipment will get to your destination safely, and the NEW fully Hydraulic Jack system ensures setup when you get to your location only takes a matter of minutes.

Even More Compact Collapsible Tub
The completely redesigned collapsible cattle tub is one of the most brilliant points of engineering our team has come up with to date! This truly compact tub is folded in a way that shortens the unit by up to 5' 8" when towing, making the new 18' alley portable unit the same length as the Q-Catch 86 Series Portable Cattle Chute, 8' Alley & Tub model was!

NEW 18' Easy Flow Alley
Make your portable cattle chute, alley and tub into a fully portable handling unit with the NEW 18' Alley model. The longer alley provides enough space for you to move all cattle out of the tub and into the alley, preventing the need for stop-and-go handling which can be a challenge with portable cattle equipment.
Each Easy Flow Alley section includes two removable panels that can be moved into multiple positions to control what cattle see, in accordance with our patent-pending 3E technology. This helps to guide cattle in the right direction using light and point of balance handling techniques.
Also available in an 8' alley model.

Q-Power 107 Series Cattle Chute
The NEW Q-Power 107 Series hydraulic chute is at the head of this powerful system. The fast-touch hydraulic controls provide superior cattle control, while the 3E components draw cattle through the system using light. This portable hydraulic chute for cattle enables handlers to complete their tasks in record time, leaving more time for the things that truly matter.
3E BudFlow® vs Crowding
The new 3E BudFlow® system is designed to enhance cattle flow through your system using light. Cattle are drawn to spaces they believe they can escape, and the 3E BudFlow tub is works with this natural cattle behaviour. Cattle enter through the BudFlow gate and see light through the low sheeted panels, then turn back to where they came from once they reach the crowd gate at the back. Once the BudFlow gate is closed, cattle believe the alley was their original entrance point, and will move into the alley seamlessly.
The 180° Crowding Tub provides effective cattle movement from the tub into the alley. The panels feature flat sheeting and square bars to minimize bruising, and the sweep gate features a lock out to keep handlers safe when crowding cattle into the alley.
Hydraulic Jacks
The Q-Power 107 Series portable hydraulic cattle chute, alley, and tub is now available with hydraulic jacks. Our Innovations Team has worked diligently to introduce these jacks based on market feedback from consumers looking for an easier to use jack option.
The jacking system now features a 165 AMP Power Unit, 12V battery with 200 AMP breaker to protect the power unit, and military grade 12W Solar Panel that keeps the battery in optimum condition with constant pulse technology. Both the main jack and front hitch jack are powered by the hydraulic jacks, and the selector valve allows the operator to control which jack is being raised or lowered. The unit is easily charged with the terminals on the side of the power unit, and includes a custom designed hydraulic manifold for accurate flow division and load hold.

- Control pendant manages both jacks from a single point with a selector valve to switch between jacks
- Control pendant is magnetic and can be attached to the chute easily
- Jacks are contained in a sheet metal jack box which is powder-coated for longevity and durability
- Fully enclosed jack box features a hinged lid, latch, and optional lock for security purposes

The Sternum Bar supports the sternum to prevent cattle from laying down. For ease of use, it can be installed and removed from the chute quickly with just two bolts.
