Support Technician

Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot switching, routing, and wireless technologies.
- Design and Administer Firewall Rules
- Perform Firmware and patch update on Windows/Linux Server
- Backup/recovery of server with testing process using Veaam.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT resources within Budget.
- Office 365 Administration with SharePoint and PowerShell management
- Create and maintain GPO.
- Administration of SalesForce, HubSpot, SalesMSG, 3CX, Adobe and Smartsheet
- Ensure healthy ticket system for support system.
- Documentation of Network and sever with their use case.
- Responsible for cabling design and installation of network connectivity at Arrowquip offices/workshop
- Maintain a high level of communication with other technical groups in the corporation.
- Ad hoc as assigned
Qualification
- A four-year degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering from a university of recognized standing plus a minimum of tow years related IT network support experience.
- OR
- A two-year diploma in Computer Programming Technology from an institute of recognized standing plus a minimum of two years related IT network support experience.
- Knowledge of Solidoworks and SQL databas would be handy.
- Sonicwall, Cisco MX, Aruba/HPE and Cisco Certification would be an Asset
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience with data centre infrastructure (cooling, racking, UPS)
- Advance Excel skills with experience of IT Budget structure.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to learn as we go
